BIAnalytix Question: BIAnalytix licensed upgrades

Are upgrades included as part of maintenance? If so, does Decentrix complete the install of an upgrade as part of our monthly consulting hours?

Answer:
All rights to upgrades to the licensed BIAnalytix modules are included in the monthly license. Either your IT resources can manage and merge any new features or you can request that Decentrix complete the installation of requested features using the budgeted hours of consulting imbedded in the monthly license.
