Decentrix can be called upon at any time to provide support services whatever the issue, and we have allocated a chosen number of hours to provide assistance bundled into our monthly license and support fee. However, the BIAnalytix system is an open system and through the installation consulting process we train your IT/DBA/BA operators for both diagnosis and enhancements to every component of the system. Consequently, support from Decentrix is not strictly necessary for reliable system operation or for any enhancements. We expect you to use our resources for a variety of situations and the allocated monthly hours can be used for enhancement design advice, implementation of enhancements, additional training, or advanced issue diagnosis.
