Decentrix consultants manage the project planning and implementation through VPN connections to the servers and with regular conference webcasts and email document exchange. In person meetings of course are always possible but are not scheduled unless requested. Onsite presence adds additional and unnecessary expenses to the project. We have executed a number of projects with completely successful outcomes by this approach and it has not been necessary or requested by our clients to provide physical presence on the site.
